GTACC was founded with a simple idea in mind. To create a common place for great people and great brands to come together with a shared goal of improving customer and employee experiences.

To improve customer experience through knowledge sharing amongst our community of strategic leaders and everyday practitioners.
To harness the collective and in doing so grow personally and professionally.
To seek out thought leadership, leading and bleeding edge ideas wherever they may be and serve that knowledge and development up to our member base.
To give back. To serve the communities we work in through engaging fundraising events and by shining a light on the good work of our members.

our biggest one yet!
We Are So Proud of the GTACC Tribe for Rising to the Occassion. Together we were able to donate hundreds of backpacks to the Toronto Firefighters Toy Drive. Here from Captain Rick Berenz on the success of the GTACCBackpack Challenge!
