Erin is specialized in AI, Predictive Analytics and currently leads a team of Data Scientists. She is passionate in AI as problem solving tool and a strong believer of human-first strategies. Erin has many years of experiences designing, building AI solutions for stakeholders from Contact Centres, Human Resources, Marketing, Client Experience, etc. She worked on progressive roles in financial services industry for over 10 years.
Arvin Khachadoorian
Arvin Khachadoorian is currently a Director of Data, VOC, and WFM on the Service Enablement team at CI Financial. He has spent his time at CI being a part of and leading various service oriented teams, including Data and Analytics, Work Force Management, Client Experience, and Quality Assurance.
Hoping to bring data to the hands of more stakeholders, Arvin and his team have spent the last 4+ years building the Data and VOC function in CI's service centre. They've played a critical role in structuring the data and designing interactive dashboards to support data driven decisions.
Adam Coletta
Adam has worked in the financial services industry for nearly 12 years in an array of progressive roles spanning across contact centre operations, project delivery, risk management and channel optimization. His decision to diversify across multiple verticals has made him a valuable asset with a demonstrated track record of success. Adam’s servant leadership style, innate ability to drive action and forward thinking are exhibited in his pursuit of purpose both in and outside of the workplace that is often well-being centered.
