Emma Dix, Wealthsimple

Emma Dix leads training and quality assurance initiatives for customer service representatives at Wealthsimple - one of Canada's leading financial technology companies. Prior to moving to Canada from Ireland, she was a Client Experience Trainer at Airbnb in Dublin and has been working in the tech industry for over 10 years.

Evelyne Wright, AIR MILES

Evelyne leads the team that develops and delivers training programs for Customer Care Ambassadors at AIR MILES - Canada's most recognized loyalty program. Since joining AIR MILES in 2014, Evelyne has worked in a variety of capacities within the HR team, including Talent Development where she focused on the design and implementation of leadership development programs, and as a HR Business Partner supporting business leaders and associates in areas such as employee relations and performance management. Passionate about HR, she holds a CHRP designation, and a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources degree from U of T.


Clare Santos, Sonnet Insurance

If there’s one thing Clare Santos knows how to do – it’s how to connect with people.  She has over 15 years of learning and development experience in both corporate and contact centre realms, an aptitude for engaging audiences through storytelling, and an insatiable appetite for helping others to understand the power of learning in organizations.  She is most passionate about people, learning and leadership, and is continually inspired to help people take their careers to the next level.


Clare recognizes the importance of training in the success of an organization’s employee experience and customer experience; it starts on day 1 of your new hire onboarding.  She’s worked in a multitude of industries and for well-known companies such as Hudson’s Bay, Lavalife, Kobo, and Staples Advantage.  Currently, she leads the Training, Content and Communications team for Sonnet Insurance, Canada’s first truly digital insurance company.


Hera Tchaderian, CAA Club Group

Hera Tchaderian is the Assistant Vice President of the Learning and Development at CAA Club Group. She has a passion for education and helping others learn and grow. She has over 2 decades of experience in facilitation, learning program design and leadership of learning professionals. Her expertise lies in technical training, ranging from the insurance industry to Retail, where she has successfully onboarded individuals who have become leaders in their fields. Prior to CAA, Hera held progressive positions in insurance training and program design. In her spare time she is an avid baker and one day dreams of owning her own bakery
