We have a super panel ready to share with you for our upcoming GTACC meeting, The Future of the Contact Centre - Things You Need to Know!

You will hear about the technology coming down the pipeline, new innovations, and detailed analysis of the trends for the next few years.

April 7th -- GTACC Workshop

Hello Friends,

Thank you for the fantastic feedback regarding the Workshop topic. We have received tremendous response for the topic of "Cost Reduction in the Contact Centre".
This session will be unique, as we are not going to talk about our problems, rather we are going to work on them together. The intent will both run a workshop and harvest the learning and insights from everyone, not just those at the front of the room.

In order to really benefit and take away practical solutions, we need you to think about and prepare your best answer and value to the following question:

If you had to decrease the operating expense INSIDE your contact centre(s) by 5-20% in 2009, what 1 or more ideas would you put forth as your BEST or PROVEN solutions to get you there?

Criteria for Suggested Solution
a) Has to be INSIDE the Contact Centre, not outsourcing, not around the Contact Centre .
b) The goal is to NOT negatively decrease your Employee Engagement and your Customer Experience .
c) It can not require significant capital expense.

Join this session lead by Bruce Simpson, a partner at SwitchGear Consulting. Previously, Bruce led a portion of Bell Canada Residential & Small Business contact centres before he co-found North Direct Response as the Chief Operating Officer. After the sale of NDR to Onex, Bruce participated in the integration of several US based companies into the newly created ClientLogic. Bruce then became COO of Inslogic; another Onex start-up that focuses on delivering white-labeled financial services. In 2001 Inslogic was sold to CapitalOne.

We are so fortunate to have someone with Bruce's experience and knowledge to facilitate this very practical and timely workshop!!!
