Upcoming GTACC Session - Coaching Successes - A Live Case Study with MTS Allstream

Tuesday March 29, 2011 8:00am -10:00am

Hello everyone,

If you are in the Contact Centre business you experience intense change all the time.  New processes, new roles / tasks, change in leadership, downsizing which forces efficiency, morale issues and attrition, etc are part of your life.

A popular question for Operating managers is:

“We know that Coaching is a critical accountability for front line leaders to achieve more employee productivity and skill but how does it help agents adapt to constant change and in fact how does coaching become the accelerator of positive change?”

On Tuesday March 29th, we will be doing a LIVE case study with Vanessa Hyjek, Director and Darren Laybolt, Manager of MTS Allstream who have -- like many of our GTACC members -- recently gone through an enormous level of organizational and team change.  They will be discussing how the coaching installation they participated in helped their team adapt to change, increase trust and achieve new results.  Here are a few of the topics we will cover:

Date: March 29th, 2011 RSVP Here - http://www.gtacc.ca/index.cfm/fuseaction/content/contentID/77-GTACC-Meetings
Time : 8:00am -10:00am – Morning refreshments will be available!
Location: Toronto Don Valley Hotel (formerly Crowne Plaza) – DVP/Eglinton

1250 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto ON M3C 1J3
(Hotel entrance is located on Wynford Drive)
www.torontodonvalleyhotel.com

·         What we learned about real coaching and how it is different than what we thought it was …

·         In a busy operation, how we made time for coaching…

·         How we got started and overcame our anxiety and skill gaps…

·         The impacts we saw at different times…

·         The change issues that the senior leaders had to manage during the program…

·         How we knew it was working…

Note:  Anyone can send their own questions in advance by replying to this email and we will cover your questions at the session.

The session will be facilitated by Winston Siegel, Partner at SwitchGear who will ensure that you understand the role of Coaching in affecting positive change and make sure you leave with practical knowledge that you can use right away.

Looking forward to seeing you all there!
